Check-in and check-out were really straightforward. We had plenty of towels and blankets, and the house was clean and equipped with the essentials. We were mostly happy with it for our girls' weekend.

The photos bore no resemblance to what we found: the house was dirty, filthy, and uncomfortable. We’d looked forward to a relaxing holiday in a cozy place, but this was a complete nightmare. We’re never coming back.
