The hosts were welcoming, and the breakfast each morning was fantastic. It cost extra, but the price was totally reasonable. They also have a van service to the main lift. The town starts just a 5 min walk away, which made the location great. We were there with our two teenagers in a top-floor apartment. It had two full bathrooms, no bath, and we used the sofa bed in the living space so the teens didn't have to share. Even with the bed opened out during the day, there was still plenty of space. Both covered balconies had tables and chairs, and got sun during the day, so we could still sit outside if it was snowing. The kitchen was probably the best I've ever seen in an apartment, with an oven, hob, microwave, good fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and all the dishes and pots we needed. I'd highly recommend staying here, and we'd love to visit again.

Breakfast was something I looked forward to every morning, and the other guests were lovely too. The owners were so kind, and they drove us to the bottom of the mountain each morning. When it was time to leave, she even took us to the train station. We were really grateful to stay somewhere so beautiful and well cared for. Those bad reviews don't know what they're talking about.

The hosts were friendly and always happy to help, and we had a really good stay. Haus Senoner is an easy walk from the old town, and with our car we could reach either of the two main lifts in Kitzbühel in about three minutes. There's fast internet that worked well for all the residents, plus heated boot facilities and secure ski storage in a small shed behind Haus Senoner. Breakfast was fresh each day, with fresh fruit too. We'd definitely stay here again when we're in Kitzbühel.

Everything we needed was there: parking, indoor boot storage and a place in the backyard for ski gear. Kitzbühel center is about a five-minute walk away. Our room was clean, the mountain view was lovely, and the hosts were friendly. Breakfast felt homey and had plenty of choices. A lovely bed and breakfast.
