Haus Schrofenstein

The wellness area was a real highlight, relaxing and well kept, and breakfast had a good range of high-quality options. The location is excellent, with the lifts and anywhere in town only 5-10 minutes away. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and nicely renovated. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic week here with family and friends. Our triple rooms worked really well, with large bathrooms and amazing views of the snow-covered mountains. Breakfast was excellent, and Anna and Marco gave great service. The courtesy bar with board games was a nice touch. Skibex rental shop is only a couple of minutes away on foot, where we hired our equipment and left it. The Oberlech cable car is just across the road, and some of our group used it later in the day to avoid the spring snow conditions. The hotel is newly renovated and in a great location. Highly recommended!

It’s a great hotel in a convenient spot, with a short walk to both the ski lift and the town center. My one complaint is breakfast, which starts at 8am. That’s too late during ski season, when people are up early and want to be on the slopes by the 8:30am lift opening. They should start serving at 7:00am.

I felt very welcome, and the room was spotless. The bar was a good place to meet people from different nationalities, and they were excellent company. It’s very convenient for both the village and the lift, and I appreciated the local advice about skiing and safety. As I understand it, Lech hostel check-in happens at the pension, but the parking is reserved for Schrofenstein guests. I can’t praise this pension too highly, or there may be no space left for my next booking.
