We never made it to the apartment. We booked through booking.com, paid in full, and received confirmation, then the owner got in touch to say it wasn’t available for those dates and asked us to change them. The owner should keep the availability on the apartment page up to date instead of wasting people’s time. I also don’t like that the owner is reviewing and rating his own apartment on Google. He should be banned from doing that, @Ronald Stenzel.

The apartment’s in a great location, but the landlord’s behavior was bad. They rudely refused to give us 15 minutes to finish breakfast.
