The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were especially friendly and courteous. The included continental breakfast was decent. For coffee, tea, or hot water there was no room setup or service at reception, just a lobby vending machine charging €3-€4 per coffee. We could also hear quite distinct thumping when the upstairs guests seemed to be jumping around, which is why I wouldn't give the room five stars. The location is excellent, five minutes from Linz train station and about 20 minutes from the main square and shopping area with restaurants and shops. I’ll come back on future trips. 🙂

We had a great breakfast, and the room was good. It was the hottest day of the year, though, and without air-conditioning the room got very hot. Still, well worth staying.

A really lovely stay. The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and nice. There was a nice bar on site, and breakfast offered a good, wide selection.

The exterior might give the wrong impression, but inside the rooms are lovely, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. You can walk to everything, and trams, buses, and trains are all within a four-minute walk.
