The rooms are on the small side, but had what we needed, and shutting the window kept out almost all the noise from the couple of bars on the street. Staff were very friendly and spoke English really well. Downstairs, the foyer and bar have a modern look, and the city location is good.

I'd be happy to stay here again. There's a brewpub less than 5 minutes away, and the tram is also nearby. No complaints.

Breakfast was okay, though it gets busy. The restaurant service was also okay, and the reception team were friendly. A decent hotel.

We liked the location, breakfast, and service. The rooms on the 4th and 5th floors were very hot, though, and the AC was too weak to make much difference. One room had no shutters or blackout blinds, so it was really bright at 5 am. There was also a bad smell from the toilet, probably because of plumbing issues. I hope they fix those problems. Everything else was great. 👍

Our room, 207, was above a night bar, and loud music and about 40 people yelling in the street went on all night. I was there with my small child, and we couldn't sleep. I called reception to ask for another room, but nothing was done. The hotel knew in advance about the noise and still put us in a room where they knew we'd get no sleep. Check-in was frustrating too. The receptionist handed me a tablet and made me enter all my details myself while she watched, even though that's her job. When I asked for compensation, they offered us 25%, which was ridiculous, so I refused. I don't recommend staying here. You'll be as tired the next day as we were.
