A relaxed atmosphere and good service make this a very nice hotel. Children are warmly welcomed, with big smiles.

Everything was well organised from arrival right through to our trip home. We had clean, pleasant rooms, good meals in the morning and evening, and afternoon cake too. The staff were super friendly and always smiling. I’ve just spent a week here and am extremely satisfied. I’ll definitely be back.

We were generally very happy with the staff, service, and food during our week 7 ski holiday. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, which we appreciated. But there was a very unpleasant incident. I was in our room with the sign asking for no cleaning on the door, and I had locked it from inside. Not long after, someone knocked suddenly and then opened the door despite it being locked. A man I didn’t know came in and said something about hanging something on the door. I raised it with reception. The staff understood and said they regretted what happened. They thought it was probably the caretaker, and told me the owner would contact me about it, but that never happened. It left me uneasy and worried that someone might have entered our room without our knowledge while we were out. Being able to control who enters your room, and when, is a basic expectation of a hotel. This felt like a serious breach of our privacy, and it was a disappointing end to an otherwise good stay.
