A great, affordable place for a night. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the rooms, while small, were clean and adequate. It's tucked away, which made for a quiet night's sleep.
10/10
It's in a good location, with a great room and very friendly staff. I had some nice wine at the bar, and the bartender shared useful local tips. A good hotel for this area, highly recommended.
10/10
Fabio and Besim were especially kind and helpful, and the staff in general were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed staying here. The service was excellent, and I’d happily recommend the hotel.
8/10
Besim was amazing, so friendly and gave great service. The hotel is handy for the bus, McDonalds and Amman Coffee shop. It seems fairly new, and the basic room had everything working, but cleanliness needed more attention: there were stains on the carpet and mold on the shower head and in the tile grout. Breakfast was good, as expected for HIE, and they kept it stocked.
6/10
The blankets only work if you stay still, otherwise they won’t cover you. There was just one towel and a towel exchange, and the rooms weren’t cleaned. I understand saving money, but at this point it doesn’t feel like saving anymore. It feels like greed.
