We've stayed here twice now, and two nights still isn't enough for the kids, they complain about it every time. We always book the all inclusive light package, including thermal entrance. The kids love the small kids club at the All in Red hotel and the huge indoor playground at Hotel Kurz. We had dinner at both hotels, and it was very good. There was loads to keep the little ones busy, from minigolf and cycling to the mini train and kids entertainment. My daughter cried at check-out.

The child-friendly touches were useful, with toilet seats, changing tables, playgrounds and toys. But the rest of the stay was nowhere near what we expected. We paid 240 euros a night for a weekend, breakfast included, because of the family amenities and thermal spa. When we arrived at 3 PM, we found out lunch wasn't available because of restaurant renovations. Towels and bathrobes cost extra, and there was just one small bar and a modest swimming pool. Entry to the thermal spa would have cost another 100 euros for our family, which seemed unreasonable. The room felt like outdated college accommodation, with poor furnishings, and the foyer was untidy. We left shortly after seeing the room and changed hotels. The price didn't match the quality of the service or accommodation. In my opinion, this place is worth 90 euros a night at most.

We had a family emergency and couldn't travel on the date we'd booked. We wanted to reschedule, but they treat a date change like a cancellation and charge 70%. We definitely won't choose them again.

A rebooking counts as a cancellation, so you pay 70% of the original booking and still get no discount on a new one. You're probably better off choosing another hotel.
