A really relaxing stay, with cozy rooms that are small but still comfortable, and lovely mountain views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the wellness area was fun too. Lots of thoughtful little things made it feel like everything was taken care of: you could put drinks on your room account without fuss, there were always fresh towels, and breakfast had plenty of different products. They also did personal check-ins, offered free matcha tea, had car charging on site, and let you dry ski gear in the room. The colored room light lets you signal your mood to the neighbors, which adds a social touch.

Breakfast was delicious, and every staff member was so attentive. The infinity pool was wonderful, even in the rain, and there were plenty of amenities to enjoy. I'd definitely stay again. Thank you!

The care put into every detail was clear, from the lovely room and its beautiful view to the way the whole hotel was organized. We had a great time swimming in the rooftop pool and relaxing in the sauna. Dinner was delicious, and my nut allergy wasn't an issue at all. Breakfast was unlike anything I've seen in the Alps, with colorful displays of regional treats and lots of delicious choices. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay.

The food alone would earn this place another star. Dinner is a gorgeous four-course meal, with dishes prepared right in the middle of the restaurant, and there are snacks available all day. Brunch runs from 7:30 AM until 1 PM and was simply amazing. The drinks were top-notch too. After a day exploring, the rooftop pool and saunas were a great way to unwind. The rooms were comfortable and even smelled like a spa, and parking was easy. Best of all, the staff were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond. I can't recommend this hotel enough, you have to experience it yourself!
