We booked Cocoon at the last minute for a friend's wedding, and it turned out to be the opening party. We had a great time with the staff and employees, who treated us so well. The hotel has Soho House vibes, and the cocktails and drinks were amazing. The rooms were modern, spotless, nicely decorated, and had super-comfy beds. It's a great place to stay, within walking distance of the centre.

The team’s genuine warmth made the stay feel special, and the hotel’s warm, stylish atmosphere was a lovely place to unwind. We especially enjoyed the food: regional ingredients and care in the details came through in every dish, from breakfast to the creative dinner. The Cocoon rooms were a highlight: huge, beautiful, spotless, and even had their own sauna. The hotel is kept so clean that you’d need a magnifying glass to find a flaw. We’re enjoying our last two days here, and though this is our first visit, it won’t be the last. The spa, shared with the Alpenrose, is enormous and has everything you could want, with modern fitness facilities too. Outside there’s plenty of space, two natural pools, and right now it’s all covered in snow. The food is excellent and varied from breakfast through lunch and dinner. The hotel itself is beautiful and new, connected to its parent property, the Alpenrose. Its modern design mixes lots of wood with dark accents, and looks stunning. Hospitality really does seem to be part of daily life here. Every staff member we met was attentive, friendly, and greeted us with a smile. Many have worked at the Alpenrose for years, which reflects well on the hotel and its management, and suggests things are being done well behind the scenes.
