We loved every minute of our March 2026 ski trip, staying in Apartment Anna at Villa Knauer, across from the hotel. The staff were incredible, so lovely and helpful, and even went the extra mile to help us celebrate a special anniversary. The apartment was spacious, with a really generous amount of storage for two people. The kitchenette had all the basic things we needed. We had free access to the local pool just around the corner, which was amazing after a long day skiing. There’s ski storage in the basement, but we chose to pay for storage at the Penkenbahn lift, as many people seem to do in Mayrhofen. The location is great, just a two minute walk to the main strip with bars and restaurants, and an easy walk to the ski lifts.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was beautifully decorated and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. The service really made it special, especially from our host Maria. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, and was always glad to help with any request or question I had. She made us feel welcome and valued as guests. The hotel is centrally located and close to the cable car to the ski site. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

This family-run hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean, and well maintained. The owners were excellent hosts, with a level of care and attention worth mentioning. It’s easy to get to the slopes, about a five minute walk to the main gondolas, and close to all the things to do in Mayrhofen. I’d stay again and recommend it to others.

The staff were fantastic, and there was more than enough choice at breakfast. Our room was large, with a TV, sofa, chair, and table in one corner, plus a balcony. The hotel sits just off the main street, so you get the advantages of being in the centre without the noise. A really enjoyable stay and a great place to stay.

We’ve stayed here several times already. It’s a lovely, fairly small hotel run by a very friendly family, and you feel like a real guest rather than just a number. The service is excellent, the rooms are spacious, clean, and cosy, and breakfast is delicious.
