The host went above and beyond to make everything perfect, and that made an excellent stay even better. My family had a fantastic time in this beautiful hotel, which had everything we needed for a great ski vacation, plus a nice sauna. Nearby ski resorts are easy to reach by car or bus, and even the Hintertuxer gletscher is pretty close. I hope we can visit again soon.

The sauna area was especially appealing, and the room and all the other facilities were clean and stylishly furnished. We had a fantastic time at Anita's and would love to come back.

The house and apartment were beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our four days, though they went by far too quickly. Anita, keep up the great work. We promise we'll be back! 😊 Parking is right outside, and it's a 10-minute walk to the center of Mayrhofen. The rooms and whole house are exceptionally clean. The bread delivery arrived punctually at 7:15 a.m. each day, always fresh from the bakery. The view, people, and food were all lovely, and you really feel welcome here. Everything was perfect, with absolutely nothing to complain about. Best regards and many thanks from the Bieniek Family. For anyone reading: book your wonderful holiday in the Zillertal here, you won't be disappointed!

We've been coming to the Bergkristall every summer, autumn, and winter for 15 years, and that's all you need to know! 😊 Our children are grown now, but they still love joining us just as much as before, these days with their partners and friends. Every apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished, so you feel at home right away. We're looking forward to many more visits! 🏡❤️
