The location is peaceful, on a small street away from the main road, and only a few minutes on foot from the Penken cable car. There’s also parking in front of the house and a heated place indoors for skis and boots. At breakfast, the owner picked up on what we liked and made sure we had it; they even print the next day’s weather report, and there’s a TV showing conditions at nearby resorts. The owners are kind, attentive, and easy to deal with, and check-in was smooth. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day, with fresh towels whenever we needed them. The little welcome sweet and the merci chocolate bar on our last day were lovely touches. Beds were comfortable, the place was quiet, and it felt like home. The price is very good for what you get. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for everything, Sophie and Wolfgang (I hope I’ve spelled your names correctly).

The owners put in so much effort to make guests feel at home, day and night. With the lift just a one-minute walk away, it’s hard to ask for a better place for a ski holiday. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Truly recommended, don’t miss it!

We had a beautiful mountain view from our room, and the garden around the hotel was tidy and lovely too. The Penkenbahnen lifts were less than a seven-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Our hosts were warm and friendly, and everything was neat, with the room cleaned every day. Breakfast was simple but had variety: fresh rolls, a boiled egg, and different toppings. My boyfriend and I stayed six nights and had the best hotel experience. If you want a straightforward place for a bed and breakfast, I’d definitely recommend it.

The garden and mountain views are sensational, and the place is right in town while staying very quiet. Rooms are lovely, and both the service and hosts were friendly and helpful. A very cozy stay.
