We arrived early after booking at the last minute for a ski holiday, and our room was already ready. Parking is right in front of the hotel. I was surprised by how large the room was, with a balcony and an indoor sitting area. Breakfast was good, and the hotel is at the bottom of the Main Street, so everything is walkable. There’s also a ski bus every ten minutes or so, with a stop 50 meters away.

The room was large and the location convenient, but that’s about all this place has going for it. There’s a foul smell throughout the rooms, and the place felt disgusting and embarrassing for how insanely expensive it was. After 9, you can’t walk in the hallway, yet she keeps making noise. She seems to do every job there, from cleaning and working in the dining room to managing, and apparently sleeps on the second floor. She’s unpleasant, never smiles, and just stares. It felt like she hated people, and Israelis in particular. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go near this place.

The hostess made the stay stressful, and even came into our room without permission, nearly catching me naked. The room smelled bad and was dirty, breakfast wasn't tasty, and parking wasn't available. The location was problematic and the price was very high. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Stay well away from this place.

I’d stay away. The manager was unfriendly, and the staff gave poor service. We were accused of damaging the hotel the day after we arrived, for no reason. On our last ski day, we asked to leave our luggage there, but she said it would be dangerous to leave our equipment at the hotel, which sounded like a hint that we should leave right away. We ended up searching for luggage storage at the last minute. She also came into our room once and kicked our equipment. I suggest reading the other reviews, even though the overall score is high, many people complain about the manager.
