The view is out of this world, and the apartment is very well equipped, with a fantastic price-to-quality ratio. You can hear noise from the other apartments, and a few design choices could be better, like having a sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom. Those are minor points, though. It's a reliable choice for a great holiday in the Mellau region.

We loved the huge couch and all the amenities. It even inspired us to get a carbonator of our own, lol. Excellent place, and we'd definitely stay again. Thanks from the USA!

Apartment Johann left us very dissatisfied with the service during our five-day stay. The staff member introduced as our local contact, Ms. Eveline (Evi), was especially rude and unprofessional. We were so uncomfortable dealing with her that we stopped wanting to contact her. She spoke English on our first day, then switched to German, which we couldn't understand. I don't understand why staff who can communicate professionally in English aren't hired. On day two, we found a cockroach in the living room and got rid of it. We asked Evi for cleaning supplies to wash the floor, but she didn't believe us. In a rude tone, she said cockroaches couldn't be there and claimed it must have come in with us. That upset us a lot. The day before we left, she told us we had to pay the tourist tax. When I asked why, she answered impatiently in German again. I also asked why we couldn't find the Gaeste card. She sighed heavily and said, “It’s not my problem.” While we were out on the balcony, our little son was playing and she shouted at him twice to be quiet. I was very upset and told her she had no right to shout at him, since it was only 9:00 PM, not 10:00 PM. She replied, “Okay, okay, you can make noise until 11:00 PM,” without apologizing. After all this, I happened to read a Google review from another customer describing the same cockroach problem and very rude staff behavior. If you were in our position, what would you think of the hotel and its service? This was the last time we chose this hotel, and it will be the last.

Martin was incredibly friendly and always available during our three-night stay while skiing in the area. The apartment was very well equipped and especially convenient for a ski trip, with ski storage. We were extremely satisfied and would definitely return. 😊
