The apartment was roomy enough for three adults and a child, with two rooms and large, comfortable beds. Check-in and check-out were quick and friendly. Shops, a pharmacy, and other stores are in the area, the old town is a 17-minute walk, and the nearest ski slope is 12 minutes away by car. We could have used more kitchen storage, and there was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom.

A reasonably priced apartment in a handy spot for getting into town.

The apartments are well cared for and have the amenities you need. Dogs and cats are welcome, too. The town is lovely, with pretty narrow streets to wander through, and there’s plenty for art and history fans to see.

The room was clean and had enough in it, including a properly equipped bathroom, though it was really only big enough for sleeping. The beds were roomy but softer than we like. This is a small guesthouse on the main road at the edge of Murau. The receptionist, who also tended the bar, was pleasant and helpful.

I had a very good stay and would highly recommend a visit. The only nuisance was the weather, since I was travelling by motorbike.
