Leila was especially warm and accommodating, and the hotel works really well for families. There’s a gaming lounge with something for everyone, plus movies each night. We loved our cute, cozy suite, and the lifts were an easy short walk away. There isn’t a bunny slope right at the resort, though one is a short drive away. The food was amazing too, with plenty of variety and something different each day.

The spa staff were friendly and helpful, and I had an incredible Thai massage. The buffet at breakfast and dinner had a great range of delicious food. Our room was warm and cozy for ski season, and it only took a few minutes to walk to the nearest slope, then about a minute skiing to the lifts. I’m really glad I picked this hotel.

Lejla and Berina looked after us wonderfully, and the waiters and other staff were polite, cheerful, and keen to help. The buffet was high quality, with lots of choice and a different selection every day. It’s comfortable and very well located, and there’s plenty for adults and kids, including a pool and game room. We had a really lovely stay.

We were there at the end of February, and the kind, helpful staff are the main reason I’d come back. The hotel has a warm, modern feel, with a great location and fantastic facilities for children. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. I’d happily recommend it.

We had a really satisfying massage here, with highly trained, professional therapists. It was the nicest, most relaxing massage we’ve ever had anywhere. The hotel itself was very good, comfortable and quiet. We’ll be back.
