Steiner

The food was incredible, prepared with professional flair and creativity. Every course felt like fine dining. The spa facilities were amazing too, with an infinity pool looking out over the snowy mountains. The sleek, luxurious building has facilities everywhere, and the standards are high throughout. Alexandra and Suzi were so warm and kind. They helped us a lot with local knowledge and skiing advice. Andrea, the owner, has shaped this into an exquisite experience. I mean every word of this review: one of the best hotel stays I've ever had, and certainly the best in Austria. I'm so excited to return. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful stay. Toby Hawker x

The Steiner family gives the hotel a real family feel. There are photos around the place that show how much the staff are respected, and the family table at the entrance to the restaurant adds to that feeling. It's beautifully finished, and the staff are friendly, capable, hardworking, and clearly do their best to make guests comfortable. One evening, we were allowed to walk through the kitchen to get our food, and the hotel owner even served us. That was fantastic, and you could feel the good rapport between management and staff.

Hotel Steiner hosted a weekend wedding for dear friends who were getting married, and it was spectacular. The owners were amazing, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and intuitive. The rooms were spacious, well appointed, and spotlessly clean, and the views were wonderful. No request was too big or too small. Most of all, they made us feel like family. Thank you, Hotel Steiner, for such a wonderful experience.

The spa was top-notch, with amazing views, and the pool exceeded my expectations. The food and service were outstanding, and our room had mountain views even better than the photos. Booking was quick, the staff were very friendly, and they gave us a full tour of the hotel. One of my best experiences in the Austrian Alps. I'd definitely consider coming back.
