Honey served right from the comb was a lovely touch at breakfast. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It’s a wonderful place to wake up to those breathtaking mountain peaks.

The natural scenery and views feel like a gift. Inside, the place feels like home as soon as you walk in, and the facilities cover the usual needs of holidaymakers. I’d love to come back regularly to recharge and refresh.

I stopped by the restaurant for coffee only, so I can’t speak to an overnight stay. The view is fantastic, and the interior tastefully brings old and new together.

Everything is close by on Pillberg, from skiing and ski touring to tobogganing and hiking. It’s peaceful and friendly, without the crowds and queues. We also enjoyed the wellness area and shared spaces, with lovely views over the Inntal and the best Kaiserschmarrn. The varied organic meals were a hit with all of us. It always feels like coming home to Grafenast. This visit, we had an attractive bedroom plus a separate room for our children, aged 9 and 11. Thank you, Family Unterlechner.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were cozy, the view stunning, and the food delicious and high quality. This is a family-run hotel, and they take thoughtful care of their guests.
