I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The service and the way customers are treated were terrible. Four families booked the villa specifically for New Year back in August, so we could plan ahead, and we paid in October. Then on November 4 we were told, “The House is closed during the Winter. There is no heating.” There wasn't even an apology. They just informed me the villa wasn't operating, then ignored my messages on WhatsApp and the website. It seemed like there were ways to sort this out: they had two months to fix the heating, buy heaters, or offer other rooms. They did none of that and simply stopped responding. We'd already arranged time off work, bought tickets, and paid for a transfer. By November, finding another villa for 15 people for New Year was unrealistic. They left a lot of people in a very difficult position and ruined our vacation. Avoid this terrible hotel!

This felt basically like a scam. I paid 109EUR for one night's accommodation for four people and got a confirmation for four. The owner asked me to pay the 10,8EUR city tax the night before arrival, which I did. When we got there, though, there was only one double bed for all four of us. The owner's phone number was dead, so I could only reach him through booking.com messages. He told me to cancel and go home. I sent a cancellation request straight away, then another through booking.com customer service the next day. He says neither reached him and won't refund me. I paid 120EUR for nothing and had to drive home for five hours.

The apartment was booked for four adults, but there was really only room for two, or maybe three if one was a child. Beds three and four were in the kitchen, taking up most of the space near the dining table. There were no bedside tables, lights, or outlets, and that area was also the route between the entrance, kitchen, and balcony, so there was no privacy. The pillows were thin and uncomfortable. The furniture felt cheap, dated, ugly, and depressing, and there was little attention to detail. You could hear everything outside the door. There was no drying rack, so we draped our towels and swimsuits over the awful plastic balcony chairs. The kitchen had just two burners, barely enough for a pot and pan together. The sink light was out, leaving us to wash dishes in the dark, and basics were missing: a dish rack, kitchen towels, spare garbage bags, paper towels, pan lids, potholders, and more. The bathroom was the worst part. Two of its three lights were burned out, so it was almost completely dark. The only wall rack was horrible and partly rusty. The toilet had orange buildup, the fan was noisy, and there were only two rolls of toilet paper for four people over four days. The hand soap and shower gel came in cheap supermarket plastic bottles that were more than half empty. There were shoe marks on two walls from killing insects, and smashed insect remains were still there. The Wi-Fi router sat precariously on a radiator amid tangled cables, and the TV was extremely old. The balcony had no light or sunshade, and its round table didn't suit the layout at all. Booking this place was a mistake. We strongly advise others not to repeat it.

Really filthy, disgusting accommodation. There was no toilet paper, the dishes were greasy, and we had no hot water. I don't recommend it.
