Elisa was an extremely friendly and helpful host, and the apartment was right by the skibus stop, close to a pizzeria, and had free parking on the premises. We stayed as six people in the newly built Pinus apartment. It was spacious and comfortable, with good finishes and plenty of useful equipment: a coffee maker, dishwasher, powerful showers, quick floor heating, and enough coat hooks. Two of us slept on the living room sofa bed, which was surprisingly comfortable and didn't detract from our stay. The heated ski and boot lockers were another plus, and the price felt fair, so we'd recommend the place. A few basics were missing, including hand soap, dishwashing liquid and tablets, sponges, and coffee filters for the machine. It would also be better to have locks on the bathroom doors.

We already knew the place from a previous visit, and this second stay left us just as pleased with the hospitality and the care given to the details. The modern apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It feels like home here, and we expect to come back in the years ahead.

The apartment had everything we needed, and the host was fantastic. The location works really well for the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area, with Ladis easy to reach on bus line 220.

The place has excellent quality and has been newly renovated. It's 8 km from the ski lifts, and a ski bus goes to the other side of the Inn.
