The apartment was one of the most exclusive places I’ve booked. It was very clean, and came with towels, dishwashing supplies, and local suggestions for different activities. The house is in very good condition overall, though a few areas could use minor maintenance. That didn’t bother us, and we felt comfortable. Before the trip, arranging things with the hosts was fairly easy, although it was often only possible by email rather than phone. Once there, a very friendly contact person was always reachable by phone or at the tourist information.

The building sits right in the center of beautiful Rauris, close to the ski lift, and has a heated room with boot dryers for ski gear. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and you can tell they care about guests being comfortable. The apartments are bright, spacious, and stylishly furnished, with large comfortable beds and a roomy bathroom and shower stocked with toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and starter tea and coffee. There’s also a cozy café and an inviting shop in the building, and breakfast can be brought to your apartment.

Our apartment was cozy, elegant, and had everything we needed. The attached café and shop were a highlight, especially for the fresh baked goods from the hotel's own bakery. The staff were spotlessly clean in their work, super friendly, and helpful, and the location was great. Simply fantastic!
