The owner is rude and not accommodating. If you're bringing kids as part of a big group, I'd advise avoiding this place. He wasn't pleasant to deal with, and I couldn't feel at ease all week. He wasn't flexible about timings, and it was hard to reach anyone when problems came up. The place was very understaffed, and customer service was appalling. I won't return.

The kitchen deserves a special mention. The food was fantastic and gave the young people just the energy they needed for each day on the slopes. The house is modern and impeccably maintained, and the group loved it. As a leisure leader for Generation Snow, I've stayed at many accommodations, but our time at Haus Müllauerhof was a real highlight. Everything with the on-site team went smoothly and professionally. You can tell they're passionate about their work, and the welcoming atmosphere made the cooperation excellent. We'll definitely be back! ❄️⛷️🙌

We had a wonderful week, and this fantastic accommodation helped make it so. Last week, our Dutch school group stayed with Christian and his wife Caroline again, this time in very large numbers. They handled the arrangements smoothly and professionally. The teachers had separate rooms and a cozy stube where they could chat or have coffee with the staff at the end of the day. Everything was very well taken care of.

Christian took such good care of us, and the staff were attentive and incredibly friendly. They even remembered how much we enjoy a Hefeweizen with dinner, which was just perfect. Müllauerhof is cozy and has a welcoming atmosphere. Thanks for the lovely hospitality, we'd be happy to return!
