I wasn’t very happy with the room.

The price and location are good, and the kitchen looks very modern. Still, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, and water drips from the hallway ceiling. There aren’t any shot glasses, unfortunately. It’s okay for students on a tight budget.

We’d happily book this place again for a short city break. It’s close to the center, has free parking, and you can get there in at most 15 minutes by walking over the Mönchsberg. It suits a two or three day visit well. The living room has a cosy Alpine feel, with a comfortable table and an inviting single bed, and the hallway closet is a nice feature. The kitchen is very basic, but the refrigerator works perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by the good water pressure in the shower. For a longer stay, the beds are too uncomfortable, and the slatted frames are damaged. One of the two bedrooms faces the street and wasn’t usable for us, since the balcony door doesn’t seal properly and traffic is clearly audible.

For the price, it was pretty okay, and getting to the city on foot is easy. The street gets quite noisy, though, the furnishings are old, and cleanliness could be better. I’ve definitely stayed in worse places.
