This family-run hotel was such a treat during our work and training trip. I loved the attention and care they gave guests, the mix of old-fashioned charm and modern touches, and the feeling of being part of the neighborhood. It added a lot to my trip and made me even fonder of Austria. Housekeeping was amazing, and the breakfast every day was out of this world. The daily greetings and customer service made being somewhere unfamiliar feel comforting. Every room had a balcony overlooking the changing seasons. The owner even helped us figure out the train system and arrange a visit to the ice caves on the last weekend they were open. I could say a million lovely things about this place.

The city bus stops right at the corner and takes you straight to the plaza and old town in a short ride. The hotel is a lovely little gem in peaceful surroundings on the outskirts of Salzburg. Our room looked brand new and was exceptionally clean. The cafe serves a delicious full breakfast, then small plates, desserts and drinks into the evening. We spent a rainy evening there, and our server Seda was so friendly and attentive that she had the whole cafe in great spirits.

We had a really nice stay. I hadn't expected it to be so busy based on the photos, which made it look more intimate, but it was still lovely. I contacted the Hotel hoping to arrange chocolates and maybe flowers or rose petals on the bed as part of a birthday gift for my partner. They replied about our arrival but didn't answer the request to help set up that extra touch, which was disappointing. Still, everything else was great.

A real gem, with lovely staff, a modern little boutique feel, tasteful decor and a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was fantastic. It's a fair way from the city center, but the bus stops right outside, and there isn't much to do in the center at night anyway. There's free parking, plus a small gym and sauna.

The location worked really well for our Salzburg visit, and the service was good. The rooms were excellent and breakfast was nice. Traveling with kids? I've never stayed somewhere more family friendly. And it's still a good choice if you're coming without children.
