We were very pleased with the hotel. On arrival, we learned we could park for free in the courtyard behind it, and we also got a Salzburg travel pass for two people for two days of public transport. Both were lovely surprises. The breakfast was generous, with a great selection and friendly staff. Rooms were average, and prices are high, though accommodation across Salzburg is unfortunately expensive. The hotel is in the inner city, in a quieter area.

We stayed in the hotel’s Air B & B Apartment, but the front desk still looked after us like hotel guests. Ms. Elham was especially warm and gave us lots of useful information. The location was convenient, with Bus 5 stops very close by, taking you around Salzburg quickly. Many sights are also easy to reach on foot.

The staff were wonderful throughout the day, and our room was spacious with all the amenities we needed. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel, and the ride to the city center takes less than 10 minutes.

Eli was really helpful and shared lots of local tips. The staff were super friendly, and our room was spotless with a comfortable bed. It also had a kitchen and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Though it’s outside central Salzburg, the hotel was pleasant thanks to the friendly staff and a decent bed. The free bus voucher made getting around convenient. The place felt a little dated.
