A really nice family-run hotel. Everyone was friendly, the food was tasty, and the views from the window were gorgeous. Their grandma bakes cakes for the restaurant.

The restaurant had plenty of choice and the food was very well prepared. The hotel itself is spotless, with a nicely renovated interior, and the staff were welcoming and provided excellent service. Our room was roomy and comfortable, with a good mattress and armchairs, a hairdryer, a freezer, and excellent Wi-Fi. Good value for money, and I'd happily recommend it.

The food was good, and the place has an authentic Austrian feel, from the classic interior to the atmosphere. Service wasn't at its best, though. We waited a long time for the menu and eventually had to ask for it ourselves. Enjoy your lunch or dinner.

A nice spot for a hot evening, with traditional Austrian food that's much better than average.

10/10
We stayed in a spacious apartment with an exceptional mountain view. The family-run place is well maintained, and they take cleanliness and comfort seriously. There's also a very good on-site restaurant serving fresh local food and drinks. Breakfast had enough options for active people. We had a pleasant stay at Gasthof Mostwastl and will probably book again when we visit Salzburg.
