The apartment was dirty and dusty, with visible dust on the bed and in the kitchen, plus heavy dust and spider webs under the bed. The toilet water was cloudy. I have a dust allergy and was staying with a baby, so cleanliness mattered a lot. The conditions made the stay uncomfortable and concerning. I need to correct several misleading claims in your response. I never asked for a free upgrade. I only expected basic cleanliness, which the apartment didn’t meet. You said an interim cleaning was offered, but no cleaner ever came, despite your assurance. The visible dirt, dust, and webs remained, which was especially unacceptable with a baby. Offering checkout on the second day after I’d paid in full, with too little time to find somewhere else, wasn’t a reasonable solution. Calling it fair is disingenuous. I reported the problems right away and fully cooperated. The failure to fix them was entirely on your side. My feedback reflects what happened, and I stand by it.

We spent two nights in this modern apartment while visiting Salzburg and were very happy with the location. There are nice restaurants nearby, and a bus stop at the end of the road takes you to the city center in five stops. It would probably be under a 30-minute walk too. The apartment was lovely, clean, and up to date, with a nice rooftop terrace guests can use. There’s plenty of parking outside, or other private spaces available for guests just a two-minute walk away.

The location was convenient and quiet, close to everything. Check-in and checkout were easy and smooth. The space was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt warm and inviting, with thoughtful details throughout. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

The automatic vending machine outside was such a fun touch, it even had spaghetti :). The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and has three sleeping rooms. We had a large bathroom with heated floors, and the temperature inside stayed perfect even though it was 0°C outside. The entrance and kitchen were nice too. Only thing missing was a bidet, which was a minus. Best place we've stayed so far. Recommended.

Parking was comfortable, and it was an easy base for nearby trips like Hallstat and Obersalzburg. The city's attractions are only a few minutes away by car. Amazing place to stay.
