Yoho International Youth Hostel

It's close to the main train station, city centre sights, and bus stops. The rooms are fine, with card locks, and the shared toilets and showers were maintained. There's a pub with good drink offers too. From the outside it looks old, but inside it's decent. Service could be a bit better, though overall it was great.

There was a sociable feel, with people actually meeting and connecting, and the hostel seemed well run and professional. It's conveniently near the main train station and key attractions. My spacious room had lockers and a basin, which came in handy. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The friendly staff and free public transport card were big pluses. Everything is within walking distance, and there's a nice bar vibe without it being a party hostel. My room was comfortable with a large locker, and the heating kept it warm enough. Wi-Fi was weaker in the room but worked, and was better downstairs. For the price and quality, it's probably Salzburg's best hostel. I'd stay again.

The free public transport pass made getting around Salzburg easy and affordable, and honestly felt like a gift. YoHo had a comfortable, clean, well-run feel, with a relaxed social scene where it was easy to meet people without things getting overwhelming. Everyone I met was kind and friendly. I liked the small touches too, especially that they play The Sound of Music every night. It felt right for Salzburg and gave the place a cozy, fun charm. It's a good spot to unwind or socialize, with a balance that feels welcoming without being rigid or impersonal. YoHo was one of my favorite stays in Salzburg. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone wanting a laid-back, friendly hostel.
