Hotel Garni Patteriol

My husband and I really enjoyed our first visit to St. Anton, spending 7 days at Hotel Patteriol. Peter and Rosi were lovely hosts, kind and always willing to help. Breakfast was good and a pleasant start to the day. The location was a big plus: just a few minutes' walk to Intersport, where we stored our ski gear, and close to the main lifts and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot with good pressure. Now and then we could hear people walking in the room above us, possibly children, but it wasn't an issue. Everyone kept the quiet hours, and we slept very well. If we're back in St. Anton, we'll definitely stay at Hotel Patteriol again. Thank you, Peter and Rosi, and special greetings to Peter's mother, Lisa, such a kind and lovely lady we were pleased to meet.

Breakfast set us up perfectly for skiing, and Galzig and Rendl lifts are only a five-minute walk away. Rosi and Peter have made us feel welcome every time over more than ten years. Hotel Patteriol is a well-located, family-run three-star mainstay in the world-renowned resort of St Anton. Visit over New Year and there’s a pretty amazing laser show, too. We’ve been returning with our family for 30 years, mostly because Rosie, Peter and Lize make the place so welcoming and family-friendly. They’re always happy to offer tips on what to do or where to eat. Our apartment felt authentic while still having the modern conveniences we needed. You can set off from the hotel easily, and it’s not right in the middle of town. A great base in Austria for hiking or skiing with the family.

The hosts were lovely and very helpful, and breakfast was really good. It’s also very convenient for the Rendlbahn and Grampen lifts. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Excellent accommodation, and I’d happily recommend it.
