Many hikes start right at the hotel, and the included guest card saves a few euros on things like lift tickets. We spent a week in St. Jakob and felt very comfortable at the Passler family's hotel. The room had a modern bathroom, a box-spring bed, and a balcony; the church bells didn’t bother us. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the wellness area was fantastic: a heated pool, sauna, steam room, a lounge with drinks, and plenty of loungers indoors and out. It’s spacious and always clean. Each guest gets two large spa towels, which are exchanged after use. We’ll certainly recommend the accommodation and come back. Thank you for a wonderful hiking week.

I stayed in one of the apartments with my family and our 3 small girls. It was impeccably clean and had everything we needed, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The girls loved the pool and outdoor games. The location is excellent for reaching different excursion destinations. I’d love to come back without my daughters so I can try the spa. :)

The village location made everything easy. We could walk to the supermarket, restaurants, church, community center, doctor, and Red Cross, as well as the cross-country trails and summer hiking routes. The bus to the gondola leaves right outside, and it's free with the guest card. We stayed in an apartment for a week of skiing with our two children. It had everything we needed. The children loved the pool, and we enjoyed the new wellness area, with its Finnish sauna, steam room, infrared cabin, thermal water fountain, and ice dispenser. There's also a fitness room with a treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine, and cable machine if you're still looking to be active after the day.

The breakfast was fabulous, and both the rooms and pool area were very nice and clean. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. A lovely bed and breakfast, and we'd definitely return.

The Passler family and staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help. We felt very comfortable at this family-run hotel and would gladly come back. Everything was clean and well cared for, and our bright room had a balcony. 😊
