The main reason I'm giving one star is the price, which felt completely out of balance with the service. We were charged €700 for two nights at a hotel with no hot water over the weekend because some pumps were broken. Nobody told us about this small issue; we had to ask. The final cost wasn't €700 after all, as a refund was made, but only after lots of arguing and great reluctance from the hotel. The hotel is also kind of old, which wouldn't be a big deal on its own, but at that price you can find something better. Check-in took far too long and was unnecessarily difficult, although the receptionists themselves were really nice and polite. Breakfast was ordinary, nothing especially good, and there was a spider on the juice dispenser. There was no ventilation in the WC. On the positive side, the hotel has its own beach, very close by.

I stayed here two years ago in the 'Wohlfühl Suite' appartment. It was spacious, modern, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen. The resort itself is beautiful and clean, and the pictures on the company website are accurate. I was allowed to bring my dog, which was great, and there's a section of the lake where dogs can swim, so mine had a lot of fun. The staff work hard and are friendly, a real asset to the company.
