The private beach is one of the best parts, a spacious spot for swimming at any age in a beautiful lakeside setting. You can also walk to Velden, and nature starts right behind the hotel, great for a run or a stroll. We come to the Flair Hotel every July for a holiday by the lovely Wörthersee. It’s a small, quiet hotel with large, comfortable rooms, where it’s easy to relax over breakfast, lunch, coffee, or dinner while looking at the lake. The food is very nice, so we usually eat dinner there, though other places are nearby if you want to try somewhere else. After a few days, the friendly staff know you by name, which feels much more personal than the big hotel complexes. We’ll be back, as always.
