The breakfast was exceptional, easily the best part of the stay. Beyond that, the place is attractive and nicely located, but the high price seems to be mostly for the location. The photos feel a bit too artistic, and with that nightly rate, a complimentary drink or bottle of juice after a long trip would have been a nice touch. At checkout, nobody asked how our stay was or wished us a safe trip home, which felt like something was missing. I didn't really see a reason to return apart from breakfast. The pillows were extremely soft, making it hard to get a good night's sleep before skiing. I also didn't understand why the check-in staff member went over lunch and dinner times when we had only booked breakfast. And don't book through booking.com, you'll pay 20% more for the same room.

We had a rocky start with the management, but the service ended up exceeding what we expected. Looking after a group of 13-15 people isn't easy, yet all our needs were handled without any trouble. Christian deserves a special thanks for his care and hospitality toward everyone. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a cozy, hassle-free stay, whatever the size of the group.

I've tried other hotels in the area, and this is the best place to stay. The atmosphere, food, saunas, and pool all hit the mark. Couldn't ask for more!

This team stepped in right away and handled everything professionally, quickly arranging rooms for our large group of 13-15 and helping us stay together comfortably.
