Amazing, in one word!

The sauna in the apartment was one of my favorite parts, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. They can also arrange bread rolls to be delivered every morning. Our room was cozy, well equipped, and had a stunning view, with really comfortable beds. There’s ski storage, and the nearby lifts are a big plus, with the ski area also easy to reach by bus. Surrounded by snow-covered mountains, Pure Alpine Suites was a lovely place for our winter week. I had nothing but good things to say about my stay and can recommend it for a relaxing, active winter holiday. I’m already looking forward to going back.

The location is about a 15-minute walk into town, and there’s a lobby vending machine for drinks and snacks. The apartment itself was great, with everything we needed and more, including a washing machine, an in-apartment sauna, and a heated swimming pool. We were surprised by the extra €90 on top of the room price: €30 local tax, which was okay, plus another €60 for bathroom and bed service. One of my beds was quite worn, though my husband’s was perfectly fine. I found it odd from a security standpoint that you need a key card to get out. It’s not cheap, but I’d still recommend it. P.S. Bring Nespresso-compatible capsules, none are provided!

The apartment was modern, brand new, and clean, with super comfortable beds, and we were very happy with it overall. The service was good, and the location fantastic, though the street is a bit noisy, which isn’t the hotel’s fault. The two balconies were a nice feature, but only one had chairs. Some furniture for the second balcony, maybe a lounger, would be welcome. The roof terrace stayed closed despite the lovely weather, which was especially disappointing since it was the main reason we chose this complex and it was advertised. A clothes drying rack and vacuum cleaner would also be useful additions. We only tried the bread delivery once, and the selection was very limited, though there’s a great bakery in town. We’d definitely come back.
