We stayed one night as a couple with our child, and the place was much better than I expected after reading the online reviews. The room was clean and quiet, and breakfast was high quality. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Everything exceeded our expectations, so I’d definitely recommend it. Greetings from Kosovo!

The rooms were clean, and being close to the airport made this a convenient overnight stop during a transfer. The main letdown was having to haul our large luggage up to the third floor with no lift. Also, if you want the airport shuttle, make sure to request it when booking or there’s a charge.

The location works really well for getting to Viena airport, and they offer very convenient long-term parking. Our room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The neighborhood in Schwechat isn’t the prettiest, but I’d come back.

My child spent one night there in August 2025 and had a terrible experience. She said the staff were extremely rude, yelled at her, and made racist comments. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. That kind of interaction can completely mess up a trip. I’m editing this after seeing Markus Flackel’s response. The last email I received from Markus was on Sep 30, 2025. He said, “we will contact you beginning next week as our staff member is homesick at the moment.” I haven’t heard anything since, so I don’t know who explained the situation or how. And how do you explain someone banging on my daughter’s room door, forcing her out, and behaving in a racist way?

No refrigerator or telephone in the room, and part of this horror hotel has no elevator. Good luck if you end up on a high floor.
