The area is exceptionally beautiful, with so much to do. Having the bakery, supermarket, and other shops within walking distance was a real bonus, and the free lift pass included in the rental price was a very pleasant surprise. We hadn’t expected it to be such a benefit. Haus Bergland is basic, but so was the price, and we had a wonderful time for what we paid. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and we wanted for nothing. We’d definitely return. Highly recommended.

The place was filthy, disgusting, and completely run-down. Our family of four was given a room about 2 by 2 meters, with no balcony and barely a window that opened, even though our booking clearly said there would be a balcony. The owner was truly rude. He said we had to accept it or take it up with the travel agency, and he threatened us. He was a big, muscular guy. We were put out on the street with all our belongings, including our two children, one just eight months old. Truly despicable. Never book this place. The travel agency gave us a full refund, and fortunately we had a wonderful holiday elsewhere.

The staff, Cem and the others, were super friendly and extremely helpful. We’d gladly stay again. The holiday apartment was very nice and clean, and centrally located. Breakfast at the neighboring hotel had everything you could need. The only small downside was parking availability, since we occasionally had to move the car.

The location is perfect for the ski lift, and the house was nice for a reasonable price. Our apartment had a balcony shared with the neighbors. It wasn’t always clean, though that’s what I’d expect at that price.

Our holiday fell through because of the coronavirus crisis. We sent the accommodation several emails and got no reply, and our deposit still hasn't been returned. Really disappointing. It seems that in Serfaus, as in Ischgl, what matters is the tourists' money.
