Serfaus Mountain Lodge

Sarah kept us informed from the moment we arrived until we left, and her service was excellent. The hotel is centrally located in the village and close to the ski lifts. Our spacious rooms were beautifully furnished, very clean, and well maintained. The underground garage made coming and going easy, with the elevator right there. Thanks, Sarah. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Serfaus.

We slept really well in the super comfortable beds, and found the apartment clean, well equipped, and lovely to stay in. The location is right in the center next to the cable car station, perfect for outings and activities. It's modern, tastefully decorated, and has thoughtful details that made us feel at home. A bottle of Prosecco in the fridge was a lovely welcome. Communication with the contact person was warm, straightforward, and reliable. You can tell guest comfort matters here. We'd happily return and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Apartment No. 5 was in a fantastic spot, just a one-minute walk from the elevator. We got a super friendly welcome, and when we realized we were short on shot glasses, she bought some at M-Preis and brought them to our door five minutes later. Great job! The apartment itself was great. The kitchen lighting was a bit bothersome, and the kitchen equipment was missing bowls, whisks, and other things. Most importantly, there was no oven. Regards.
