The spa was a major highlight, with heated pools indoors and outside, several sauna areas, plenty of space, towels and tea, and a very relaxing feel. We also loved the restaurant's high quality, Michelin-style food and its excellent wine list at fair prices. There are lots of different lounges, bars, and dining spaces, too. Arrival was smooth, with covered drop-off parking right outside, a friendly welcome, and help with our luggage straight away. Check-out was quick and organized. We had a great stay and would happily return for the comfort, food, and spa. It would be helpful if the hotel accepted American Express.

The owners are often around and take care of guests personally. Their hospitality makes you feel valued, not like an anonymous visitor, and the hotel does a good job of welcoming children while keeping a comfortable balance for older guests too. The kids have modern play facilities. The cuisine is outstanding, tasty, and offers a wide choice, while the hotel and rooms are very clean, with turndown service every night. We travel to top ski hotels in Austria, Italy, and France several times a year, and after coming back to Cervosa Hotel, I can say it remains one of our best choices. The spa is huge, with many saunas, two modern outdoor pools, and a large indoor one. The only small point is that some of the sauna area looks like it could use renovation, though part of the spa is already new and modern, so perhaps that will come in time. A classy, really lovely hotel to consider for a stay in Serfaus.

This was terribly disappointing. We booked a much-needed facial as a special treat for Mum on our last day, and planned the whole day around it with our two children. We confirmed the appointment twice by phone and got a WhatsApp confirmation four hours beforehand. We even rushed through dinner the previous evening to fit it in. Then, just 30 minutes before the appointment, we were told it was cancelled because the spa would no longer be open. No alternative was offered. A treat we'd been looking forward to simply wasn't happening. Appalling.

We had a lovely time at this family-run hotel in the heart of the Alps, with beautiful panoramic views. The room was bright and nice, and we'd love to come back in summer. The spa is large, with different places to relax, baths, and saunas. We especially enjoyed the fish, and there was a wide choice of wine. The dining areas each have their own style and atmosphere.
