The bus stop and metro are right outside Hotel Silvretta, which is a great plus. We were impressed by the delicious food too, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive and went out of their way to help. They remembered our daily preferences, handled our many requests, and always had a smile. Special thanks to Karin, Michael, and all the restaurant waitstaff for such great service.

The hotel stays at a comfortable temperature, without being as hot as some others. We had a very good stay and would certainly book here again if we visit Serfaus. It's a great family hotel, with spacious rooms in a very clean, modern building. The spa is comfortable and new, and the metro stop is 50 meters away, making it easy to get to the cabins. The kitchen deserves four stars.
