The coffee was unfortunately very poor and could use improvement. The food, on the other hand, was simple but tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the small spa was a nice, relaxing spot in the evening. Our room was renovated, clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the ski room’s individual lockers with boot heating and drying, which came in handy after a day on the slopes. Underground parking was a big plus during ski season. Riders In is well located in the resort. There’s a bus stop just steps away, with two stops in either direction, making it easy to get to the two main gondolas. The hotel offers reasonable value for the price and is a solid option for a ski holiday in Sölden. I had a very pleasant stay and would give it 4 out of 5.

My single room had a small, worn-out bed. The bathroom was old too, with peeling paint on the ceiling and a brown shower head. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a specific problem with our room, but it was sorted out immediately, and we were very satisfied with the service. The hotel is centrally located and has parking, a swimming pool and a sauna. There’s an extensive breakfast buffet and a nice dinner, with everything you need. I think it’s one of the better hotels in Solden for the price.

The hotel feels a little outdated, though some areas are being renovated and refreshed, so you can see there’s an effort to improve things. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. The ski room worked really well, and the garage is a must when you don’t want to dig your car out of the snow. Staff in every area were nice, and all the food was freshly prepared, including for us vegetarians.

Online check-in worked well, and we were able to sort out specific requests in advance. The new rooms are incredible for this hotel category, and the wellness area is impressive too. There are a few little things here and there because of the building, but we’ll certainly come back and can only recommend it!
