Our apartment for 2-3 people was really cold at night, when it was -15 degrees outside. The floor heating wasn’t working, and the big bedroom windows didn’t help. We asked the staff several times about the cold and for an extra heater, but nothing was done. They said it was warm enough, and when we tried to resolve it through booking, the owner replied that everything worked and the temperature was fine. We ended up using the bathroom heater to warm the whole apartment. We were really disappointed by the owner’s behavior. Never again.

The apartment was lovely, with nice decor. Its spot in town is fabulous for getting to the lift or going shopping.

Everything is within walking distance, and the location is excellent. The service was another story. Our power went out at 10:30 PM, but nobody answered the emergency number. They only opened again at 8:00 AM, by which time the electricity had returned. Someone else had taken our ski boots from the secure locker. We got them back at 6:25 PM and wanted to return them then, but the door was already shut. We found the staff grumpy outside, even though they were supposed to be open until 6:30 PM.

Apartment no. 4 on the first floor was lovely and very clean, with a balcony. We stayed three nights. It’s right in the village, in a perfect location, and surprisingly quiet after 7 pm. Great price for Sölden!

The apartment was clean and well equipped, with parking on site. The street and mountain stream are nearby, but it stayed quiet and peaceful thanks to the well-soundproofed windows. The location is very good, just 50m from the parking lot.
