The Crystal VAYA Unique

The location is good, the rooms are clean and nice, and room service works well. The food is average restaurant fare. For a hotel at this level, I’d say 300 EUR per room is reasonable, but not more. They charge far above what the place offers, then heavily discount unsold rooms two weeks ahead. That hurts the reputation with loyal guests who booked early. It’s an OK hotel, but definitely not worth the high price.

The spa was spotless and a lovely place to rest and relax. We also had a small issue with the room cleaning. The maid called her manager, who sorted it quickly, and she checked with us every day after that to see if everything was all right. We’d like to thank her again for looking after us. Reception was impressive too, and we’re taking home some great memories. We had a nice five days with my family at the Crystal Vaya Hotel. It’s spacious, clean, and clearly very well cared for. The food was good, especially the fantastic breakfast omelets. A few more kinds of pastries would have been nice. We’re already booking for next season and wish you many happy guests.

The spa was our favorite part, with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and excellent massages. It was all clean and beautifully maintained, a great place to unwind and take a break from everyday life. Vaya Unique is a beautiful hotel right beside the ski slopes in Obergurgl. The food was amazing, the rooms spacious and cozy, and the staff polite and professional.

We spent five nights at Vaya Unique and had a great time. The staff were professional and polite, and the whole place was clean. With more than 100 km of ski slopes right by the hotel, it’s ideal for anyone who loves skiing. There’s also an amazing spa area with three pools, saunas, and massages if you’re after relaxation. A perfect place to enjoy the Austrian Alps.
