The meal we eventually got was okay, but there wasn't much food for the high price, even though we'd booked months ahead. On Christmas Eve, we waited more than three hours without being served. When we asked the restaurant manager about it, she told us they weren't McDonalds and we should be patient. She was very rude and insulted us. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We didn't get our meals until we'd been waiting for three hours on Christmas Eve. After that came extremely rude remarks from the staff, especially the manager. They said, “we are not a macdonalds store” and that “if we knew how to eat in a good restaurant we would understand”. With all due respect to the people working there, it was my worst dining experience. Maybe something got lost in translation, since the locals had no such problem. I've eaten at many respectable restaurants, and this was absurd. Think about what you're supporting when you book a meal there. They clearly don't deserve it.

The food tasted nice, but we waited two and a half hours to be served and it was very, very expensive. Sad to say the service was rude and ironic, especially from the manager, even on Christmas Eve.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the staff have been friendly and helpful. The food has been good so far. For a holiday costing less than £400 each through Crystal, including flights and transfers, the hotel is fantastic. The one drawback is the lack of a lift. We're on the second storey with all our ski gear, and the stairs are hard after a long day skiing. Everything else has been great. Marvelous!
