10/10
The garden and outdoor seating were lovely and well looked after, a great spot to unwind. It’s a clean hotel with modern rooms, about 100 yards from Lake wolfgansse, and guests can use its own jetty. Breakfast had plenty of buffet choices. Dinner service was disorganized at times, and the food quality varied. We were part of a coach group of 40, so we know that can be challenging, but the evening service really wasn’t the best.

I spent a few days there during Advent and enjoyed it all. The location’s great, there’s parking, the staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, and the spa is free. Breakfast was amazing too. As a bonus, the hotel put on a Krampus show for the whole street. Loved it!

The breakfast and coffee were amazing, the spa was fantastic, and the rooms were great. We had a really good stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

We had a family meal in a nice setting, but service really spoiled it. It took ages for anyone to take our order, then almost an hour for the food to arrive. There weren’t enough staff, and they admitted that two restaurants share one kitchen. Only go if you’ve got an inordinate amount of time to spare.

For your evening meal, paying for drinks as you go is the best approach. The hotel has a great bar, but they never opened it.
