We arrived with modest expectations and left wanting to return. Once the room-count issue was sorted out, our three-day stay was very pleasant, though management was a bit tough to deal with at first. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was generous and tasty. The location is near the ferry. For eating out, it’s not ideal: there’s a pizzeria and a kiosk, but little else unless you have a car.

The rooms feel stuck in the 90s, with no extra value, and the kitchen has no cutlery or dishes. Breakfast had no hot food, such as scrambled eggs or sausages. The owner was rude and unhelpful. The first thing he said to us was, “You have to pay here,” with no welcome or anything. I strongly recommend against staying at this hotel.

The room hadn't been cleaned, there was no toilet paper, and cobwebs were hanging in the bathroom and from the ceiling. There wasn't a manager around, and the staff were unfriendly and seemed completely unqualified. The coffee machine was broken, and someone explained that in Russian. A used paintbrush was left above the deli counter, card payments weren't possible, and the price was unacceptable.
