The fish and meat dishes were both cooked really well, and we enjoyed every bite. The desserts were good too. Portions were generous and everything was nicely presented. They focus on making the food taste great without any showiness. If you’re nearby, don’t miss it.

We went for lunch during the week and came away a little underwhelmed. The food wasn’t bad, but after reading all the glowing reviews we expected more. Maybe the chef is different at lunchtime, though I’m not sure whether the menu changes too. The staff were welcoming and attentive, good with the kids, and the view was lovely. It was fine for filling up.

The place was packed when I arrived on Saturday evening without a reservation, but she found me a table without much of a wait. The food was very good. I didn’t manage to take photos of every dish, but I’d recommend visiting.

That mountain view is hard to describe, and the inside has a lovely, cozy old Austrian style. The team were warm, welcoming, polite, and so hospitable; it felt nice to sit inside and chat with them. The food was delicious, served nicely in good portions, and fairly priced. A beautiful restaurant. I’d recommend it if you’re in the area.
