The staff were super friendly, and breakfast was tasty with a good variety. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a great stay at Hotel Kossler during the May holidays. It’s peaceful and beautiful, while still close to Hintertux Glacier, where I had an amazing time snowboarding. Special thanks and warm greetings to Ms. Karina, you made the visit even better. Highly recommended, I’ll definitely come back!

What stood out most was how friendly and attentive the staff were. We loved our stay and were so happy that we booked again for next year right away. The hotel is in a perfect spot, with the skibus right outside, and has very good food, comfortable beds, and a nice room.

I can’t comment on the rooms because I wasn’t staying at the hotel, but there’s a very nice bar and a decent restaurant. The staff were very helpful, and when I didn’t have a towel, they helped me out. I used the sauna, which is unusual since many hotels only let their guests use it. Here it costs 5€ and, if I remember right, it’s open from 11:00 until 8:00 PM. One small drawback is there’s no hot water in the area where you cool down. That part is on an outdoor balcony, for cooling your body down inside.

It gets really busy for dinner, so I’d recommend making a reservation. The food is yummy. If you like a good BBQ, try the steak, and the salmon steak is nice too. They also have a kids menu. My 5 year old loved the burger, which was about as big as her head 😁

Getting a free shuttle to the hills nearby was easy, and I liked the place very much. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, the kitchen was fine, and the waiter was polite.
