We'd just spent five nights here and had a fantastic time. Harald and Wendy made us feel at home and were always ready to help. Harald also shared tips for nearby places to visit and eat. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage. We loved sitting out on the just-right-sized balcony and looking at the karawanken. The lake and center are only a five-minute walk away. 10 out of 10 all round. Dankeschön Harald und Wendy! It was perfect! :-D

The apartment had everything we needed, and the hosts were genuinely kind and helpful. Haus Melanie is also in a great spot, just a five-minute walk to the city center and a five-minute drive from the highway. We had a wonderful week there.

The room was filthy and smelled bad, and there was no staff on site. Before we arrived, staff demanded documents and said they wouldn't send the check-in details without them, even though we'd already paid. Locals told us the property had recently changed owners, so older reviews may no longer reflect it.

The room was dirty, and the owner didn't fix the issue, so we had to find somewhere else to stay. The following day he offered another apartment, but when we checked carefully, every one had black mold!!!! We're currently pursuing a complaint.

Mrs. Strohmaier, the owner, was very, very kind, and we had a really good stay with everything we needed. After four nights, our towels and bed linen were changed. We were welcomed with a large box of chocolates and given a little bottle when we left.
